RETURN
& CREDIT POLICY
If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full
refund. All products that are returned for a refund that is not due to our error (wrong item shipped) will be shipped back to Wicks-n-WaxWorks at the customer's expense. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is
returned due to customer error. (ordered wrong item)
An eligible refund (not including your shipping cost) will be applied to your Credit Card account upon receipt and inspection of item. Do not return candles that have been burned or kits that have been used as they will not be eligible for refund.
All refund requests must have a Return Authorization Receipt placed in the package along with the item(s) returned. To obtain please email or call (see Contact page for hours and phone number) for a Return Authorization Receipt .Do not ship any items back without first obtaining a Return Authorization Receipt or a refund will not be given.
